Many moves mix relocation with new furniture and disposal of the old. Companies quote the three separately; offices that skip the disposal line discover it at the dock.
When to schedule
Summer and January are the classics, plus any weekend the building's freight lift is available. Buildings often require deposits and insurance certificates for weekend access.
